With a fresh install of NetVista2 on a VERY busy system, NetVista2 will sometimes "lock up" or freeze after connecting.
CAUSE: Too much information is being processed at one time and generally can not be processed by the CPU.
SOLUTION: Turn off the display on the live action window. Wait about 20 minutes, then you can turn it back on and proceed as normal (the wait allows it to collect system information without having to immediately display it during collection). If you are using NV2 on multiple workstations you should then follow the procedures in the linked document to transfer the settings from this computer to other machines.
