Solution
I can reset the password for you manually. Please send me an email with your phone number and a good time to call you tomorrow.
Please keep in mind that your password is CASE sensitive. Also, if the machine is on a Domain (network) that your Domain Policy may not allow the password you used. Unfortunately, GenWatch is not aware of Domain Policy and can not advise you of this during the password selection process.
