Issue Description: In the GenWatch3 Login/Switch Users screen: Logging in to GenWatch3 when there is a value in the Set database machine name for Host box results in a 60 second timeout during the Sending database change request… operation followed by this message:
Failed to update the database machine name with the service.
This may be caused by an incorrect Admin password or unreachable Database Machine.
Requested Database Machine:Â <database machine name>
Message from Host:Â Operation timed out.
How is it created? When logging into GenWatch3 or switching GenWatch3 users, clicking the Advanced >> button or providing a value in the Set database machine name for Host.
Workaround: Each time you log into GenWatch3 or switch users, ensure that the Set database machine name for Host box is blank. By default, this box is blank. If you click the Advanced >> button, it is populated with the value used in the last login.
Recovery: If you experience this issue, clear out the Set database machine name for Host  box and retry the login.
