Q:    Genwatch 3, unable to connect to genwatch gives following messag-GW Alert failed to connect to the Genwatch3 host.  Reason no connection target refused it 123.xxx.82.121:10301  The Login name and password I entered are indeed correct.  Â
A:Â Â Â Â This is can be caused when the GenWatch SERVICE is not running. Please check the GenWatch SERVICE and ensure it is indeed running.
